Opportunity assessment. We walk through your processes with the people who run them, and rank use cases on three criteria: real value, feasibility with your data, and risk when the system gets it wrong. The output fits on a few pages, not a hundred slides.
Project framing. For the chosen case: a measurable definition of success, a simple baseline to beat, the data required, and who owns what. If the project does not survive framing, we tell you.
Architecture review. Already have a prototype or a vendor? We review the technical choices, data security, how model errors are handled, and the running cost.
Training
We teach from your use cases, not generic examples.
- Executives: what AI can do, what it cannot, how to evaluate a vendor proposal
- Business teams: using assistants day to day without exposing sensitive data, checking an answer, writing a good instruction
- Technical teams: RAG, agents, evaluation, production deployment, guardrails
Sessions run in French or English, on site or remotely.
Where we stand
We build AI products ourselves — Ordy for restaurants, Tenjah for education. Our advice comes from what we have had to make work, not from what we have read. And we have nothing to gain from recommending a project that is not worth doing.
