What we collect
We collect only what you deliberately give us:
- Information entered in the contact form or project estimator: name, email address, company, phone, and the description of your need.
- Applications: name, email address, phone, résumé and cover letter.
- The email address given when subscribing to the newsletter.
We also measure site traffic (page views, referrer), and only if you have consented via the banner. This measurement runs on our own servers, with no third-party advertising tracker.
Why we collect it
To answer your request, review your application, or send you the newsletter you subscribed to. Nothing else.
How long we keep it
Sales enquiries are kept for three years after the last contact. Applications are kept for two years, unless you ask otherwise. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We neither sell nor rent any data. Our technical subprocessors — hosting provider, email delivery service — process data on our behalf, under contract, and may not use it otherwise.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to contact@b2h.tech. We respond within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Cookies
The site sets a language preference cookie and, if you accept, an audience measurement cookie. No advertising cookies.
