What a B2H system produces

Three ways AI does the work

Not demos: systems running in production, with guardrails, logs and a cost you can predict.

  • AI-powered applications

Products where the model is one component among others — bounded by your business rules, not left free.

    • Search and answers over your own documents
    • Domain assistants wired into your tools
    • Structured output, validated before use
  • Intelligent automation

Repetitive work moves to autopilot, with an explicit decision at every fork.

    • Document and form processing
    • Orchestration across your existing systems
    • An audit trail on every run
  • Data & analytics

Your data becomes readable: live indicators, visible trends, traceable decisions.

    • Real-time dashboards
    • Predictive models on your history
    • Data quality and freshness monitored

How we work

From framing to handover

Four stages, each with a decidable exit. At the end of every one you can continue, correct course, or stop.

  1. Framing

Two weeks to identify the process to transform, the metric to move, and the data that actually exists. Skip this and everything after it is a guess.

  2. Prototype

A working system on a narrow scope, evaluated against a measured baseline. The decision to continue rests on numbers, not on impressions.

  3. Hardening

Into production: integrations, monitoring, load testing, guardrails. The pilot becomes a system your teams lean on daily.

  4. Handover

Documentation, training, transfer of code and models. You stay autonomous, with or without us.

Sectors

Where AI changes the day

The same technical building blocks, applied to very different constraints.

  • Restaurants

Natural-language ordering and booking, without pulling staff off the floor mid-rush.

  • Retail & e-commerce

Product search that understands intent, recommendations and automated customer replies.

  • Finance & insurance

File reading, contract data extraction and compliance checks that leave a trail.

  • Healthcare

Document summarisation and lighter admin work, with strict data partitioning.

  • Industry & logistics

Predictive maintenance, visual quality control and demand forecasting.

  • Education & training

Teaching assistants grounded in your own material, and paths matched to real level.

Frequently asked

What people ask first

If your question isn't here, write to us: the answer comes within 48 hours.

  • How long before something actually works?

We aim for a usable first version in 4 to 6 weeks on a deliberately narrow scope. The point is to meet reality early, rather than delivering a large project blind after six months.

  • Who owns the code and the models?

You do. Source code, prepared datasets and tuned models are yours, with the documentation another team would need to take over. We do not practise technical lock-in.

  • Is our data used to train public models?

No. Your data stays within your perimeter and never enters shared training. When an external model is called, we use no-retention modes and document precisely what leaves your side.

  • What if the AI gets it wrong?

That is the starting assumption, not the exception. The systems we ship validate output before using it, recompute anything involving money server-side, require explicit confirmation on sensitive actions, and log every run.

  • Do we need clean data already?

Rarely the case, and it is not a blocker. Part of the work is mapping what exists, measuring its quality and deciding what is usable now — the rest follows.

  • How does billing work?

A fixed price per phase, agreed before we start, rather than an open meter. Infrastructure and model-call costs are passed through at cost, with no hidden margin, and estimated up front.
